Competition: The Rev. Ambrose C. Benson Memorial Cup, for boys under 15 years.
1st Prize: Cup and Gold Medal.
2nd Prize: Silver Medal.
Test Pieces 2025(a) Arr. Mark Hayes: The Water is Wide - This arrangement only
(Alfred Music: Folk Songs for Solo Singers Vol. 2 - High and Low available)
(b) Own Choice - a setting of an Irish folk song or an original song by an Irish composer
Songs to be sung in English. Song (a) to be sung in 1st round, song (b) on recall only.
If recalled, two copies of song (b) must be provided - for accompanist and adjudicator.
Official accompanist must be used, both for test and own choice pieces.
